About the organization
The Ukrainian Charity Alliance is a non-profit charitable organization founded in Kharkiv on September 20, 2018 with the aim of conducting charitable activities in the interests of society and certain vulnerable groups, as well as promoting legitimate interests in charitable activities – education, social protection, social security, social, medical, legal services, psychological assistance and social rehabilitation.

Areas of activity – these are the activities that we perform in order to implement long-term plans for the organization
Educational and methodical work
- assistance in conducting educational activities and programs to inform and educate the public on charitable activities
- organization and holding of conferences, seminars, educational and educational events, research and consultations related to the purpose of the Organization
- involvement of experts for sociological research and observations (surveys, questionnaires, content analysis of information materials, focus groups, etc.)
- exchange of information, educational and educational activities, results of services, specialists and volunteers with organizations in Ukraine and other countries
Implementation of charitable programs
- organization of meetings of charitable donations in monetary and property forms, public meetings of charitable donations, electronic and contactless meetings, etc.
- assistance in improving the financial situation of recipients of charitable assistance, their social, medical and other rehabilitation
- creation, implementation and support of charitable programs for the business sector, promotion of corporate philanthropy and social entrepreneurship;
- participation in the development and implementation of local, national and international programs to promote charity
Establishing ties and cooperation
- promoting the establishment and development of humanitarian ties in Ukraine and other countries
- invitation to Ukraine of foreign specialists, participation in experience exchange programs
- active cooperation with international organizations, foundations, enterprises, companies on the development and implementation of joint projects and programs
- organization of work of volunteers and volunteer centers in accordance with the purpose and statutory objectives
Development of the charity movement
- to promote cultic work among the population in order to promote the ideas of universal values, ideals of goodness, charity and charity
- promoting the development, dissemination and promotion of the ideas of corporate social responsibility and social investment
- promoting the study and dissemination in Ukraine of foreign innovative educational, creative, cultural, medical and other programs

It is a non-governmental, non-governmental organization (legal entity), the purpose of which is to carry out charitable activities.
According to the law, charitable activity is voluntary personal and / or property assistance to achieve charitable goals, which does not involve the receipt of profits by the philanthropist, as well as the payment of any remuneration or compensation to the philanthropist on behalf of or on behalf of the beneficiary
A charitable donation is a gratuitous transfer by a philanthropist of funds, other property, property rights to the property of the beneficiaries in order to achieve certain, predetermined goals of charitable activity.
A philanthropist is an able-bodied individual or legal entity of private law (including a charitable organization) who voluntarily carries out one or more types of charitable activities.
A patron is a philanthropist who carries out charitable activities in the fields of education, culture and art, protection of cultural heritage, science and research, which is carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
Beneficiary - a recipient of charitable assistance (individual, non-profit organization or local community), who receives assistance from one or more philanthropists to achieve charitable goals.
Beneficiaries of charitable organizations can also be any legal entities that receive assistance to achieve charitable goals.
Both projects and administrative expenses of charitable foundations can be financed by charitable donations, non-refundable financial aid, grants, wills, etc. in the ratio of not less than 80% (projects) to 20% (administrative expenses)
